Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we had to postpone our Official Spring Meeting as well as other planned events earlier this year. However, we managed to organize the Official & Combined Spring and Autumn Meeting on Thursday, 1st October 2020 at the Ritz-Carlton Budapest Hotel, followed by dinner. It was nice to see many of our members after a long break and we also welcomed some new faces.
Vice Chairman Ilana Varga, a long-term board member, was elected as the new Chairman from January 2021. Current Chairman Risto Junttila will continue as Vice Chairman of the Board. Congratulations Ilana for being the first female Chair and thank you Risto for your dedicated work as the Chairman in the last seven years!
After the official part was over, we enjoyed a delicious dinner at Ritz-Carlton’s cosy lounge. We would like to thank the kind and professional Staff of Ritz-Carlton and the participants for making our evening so enjoyable. We hope to see you all soon! Until then, take care and stay healthy!
