Wappu Picnic on the Margaret Island on 1st May 2022
FinChamber organized the traditional Wappu Picnic to the Finnish community and friends of Finland on 1st May 2022 on the Margaret Island. As usual, the weather was warm, pezsgő was cold, Laulujoutsenet choir was singing beautifully and we also had a football match adults vs. kids (3-3).
A big thank you to Vice Chairman Timo Pohjalainen, who brought the food, drinks, tables, accessories and surprise bags for the kids. Also Embassy’s Chef Aarne Hietamäki surprised us with delicious snacks – köszönjük szépen!
