Around 80 Finns and friends of Finland gathered on 1 May 2026 for the traditional Vappu picnic on Margaret Island.
Following a welcome speech by Chairman Ilana Varga, the Laulujoutsenet Choir lifted everyone’s spirits with beloved Finnish songs.
Once again, Vice Chairman Timo Pohjalainen ensured that all guests were well fed and hydrated. Many thanks to Timo for his excellent arrangements!
